    Day one. Hellwalker comes home stock from the dealer. Build plan locked: suspension, wheels and tires, armor, then camp setup. Documenting every wrench turn from here.

    Long-arm lift install + 37x12.50 mud-terrains on beadlocks. Alignment, regear math, and the first trail shakedown.

    Front and rear bumpers, sliders, full skids, and the 12k winch. Zero exposed sheet metal on the rocks.
